This page explains what Nengi collects when you visit nengi.org or send us an application, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Only what you type into the application form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, who is at home, which parts of your week take the most time, and an optional note. We do not ask for anything else. We do not collect payment details on this site, and please do not put children's names or other sensitive details in the form. We will ask for what we need on the intake call.
Why we collect it
To read your application and reply to you. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies and does not use tracking pixels, advertising scripts or embedded third-party media. If we add anything later that sets cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Services that handle your data
- Hosting and delivery: Cloudflare serves the site and may log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site fast and secure.
- Application email: your application is sent from our server code on Cloudflare to our inbox at hello@nengi.org, which is hosted at Fastmail. It is not passed to any other service.
- Visitor statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without following you across sites.
The site's fonts, scripts and images are served from our own domain, so your visit does not contact font or script providers.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as it takes to answer you and to run your household setup if you become a client. If we do not work together, we delete your application when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us. Email hello@nengi.org and say so, and we will reply.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top.
